Retail Development
This site has been long associated with the Hampton Park Shopping Centre. The re-development of this site has allowed for the revitalisation of an underperforming retail centre with a bold approach to a fresh food market facility.
The project team engaged in depth with the Council to facilitate a new Main Street and east-west pedestrian link south of the site.
