Giovanni has over 34 years’ planning and project management experience, having worked in both state and local government, including in senior management positions. Giovanni founded the firm in 1996 and has led various project teams to assist in project development and facilitation. His experience spans all categories of land use throughout Victoria.

Giovanni regularly represents clients at public forums, VCAT, Planning Panels and in the Supreme Court in relation to covenant matters. His understanding of construction methodologies and urban economics allows him to span over many significant development projects throughout Victoria. He regularly assists with the project feasibility stage of projects.

He has a strong desire to support good urban design initiatives, promotes and advocates for healthcare, education, aged care and regional employment and development initiatives.

Damian joined the firm in 2001, and has 30 years’ experience in strategic and statutory planning across Victoria, with a background in local and state government.

Damian advises clients on development and land use opportunities and site re-development potential and co-ordinates rezoning and land subdivision in growing areas for the expansion of industrial and residential development.

Damian provides a specialist service for clients on covenant removal applications. He has extensive experience as an advocate at VCAT coordinating expert inputs and leading cases before the Tribunal.

Damian advises institutional groups and works with community organisations including schools and the aged care sector.

Stephen joined the firm in 2006 and has 30 years of experience, with a background in local government and private consultancy.  With highly developed negotiation and analytical skills, Stephen strives to represent his clients at the highest level. His extensive experience in the public and private sector enables Stephen to bridge the gap between clients and responsible authorities.

With regular appearances at VCAT and Panels Victoria, Stephen has achieved a high success rate for clients through mediation and compulsory conferences. Involved in a broad range of projects, Stephen has specialised experience and working knowledge in child care, liquor licensing and planning scheme compliance matters.
