493-507 Barkly Street, Footscray

This Mixed Use development by Ritzcorp Developments Pty Ltd proposes a multi-storey building with 111 dwellings, in addition to ground floor commercial tenancies fronting Barkly Street. 460 Victoria Street, Brunswick

The site of a former clay quarry associated with the Hoffman Brickworks has been converted to a mixed use development comprising 155 apartments, including 12 home offices, and a Café. The development has four buildings set about a pedestrian concourse and communal space. The site sits adjacent to a large public open space reserve in Clifton Park. The building has been oriented to address the public reserve creating a high quality interface to the Park resulting in high amenity for future residents.

51-65 Hopkins Street, Footscray

The first project approved in the city of Maribyrnong under the State Governments ‘Transit Cities’ initiative. 1 & 3 Brunswick Road and 2 Barkly Street, Brunswick East.

A former industrial site, approvals have been secured for a six storey mixed use development incorporating ground floor offices to Brunswick Road and 76 apartments including home-offices to Barkly Street. The building is sculptured to present a strong four storey podium to Brunswick Road to compliment the commercial / activity centre interface. To Barkly Street the building presents a lower scale in response to the residential interface.

3-5 North Street, Ascot Vale

The redevelopment of the former Polo Club Hotel and car park in Ascot Vale offered the opportunity to restore and enhance the century old hotel building through its conversion to offices and retail at ground and apartments at first floor. A modern gymnasium building was constructed next to the converted Hotel. The project has created a valuable and popular asset for the local and broader community.

71 The Parade and 89 – 91 Presidents Avenue, Ocean Grove

This project involved the commercial rezoning of two large residential allotments adjacent to the Ocean Grove commercial precinct and a subsequent Planning Permit process. The outcome is a valuable and attractive retailing asset for the Ocean Grove community supporting local and tourist trade. The centre was opened late in 2009 and offers a Country Target store of 1,150 square metres and ten (10) retailing spaces around an internal mall.
