2-4 Plenty Road and 1-9 Dundas Street Preston

This development encompasses a mix of retail and residential development in the ‘Junction’ at Preston. Key objectives for the planning of the site included respecting the former industrial role of the site. The provision of the forecourt area at the ground level on Plenty Road was an important element of the design allowing uses to ‘spill out’ -for cafe seating or the like. This plaza space would be a central point for street art or sculpture.
